*I am currently providing most services through telehealth, but I also complete in-person evaluations and therapy on a case-by-case basis.

Free 15-minute phone consultation before individual therapy and evaluations to ensure that we will be a good fit for each other. It is important in therapy that you feel that your provider is a good fit for you, so this helps in deciding if I would be that for you before you commit to services. If we decide to proceed with services, we will then schedule an intake appointment.

We are all different, so I tend to take an individualized, integrated approach to therapy. We all have unique needs, and I do my best to meet everyone where they are at the moment. With that said, I tend to utilize therapeutic techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, mindfulness techniques, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care.
My areas of interest are in working with individuals who are living with chronic illnesses, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, anxiety disorders, depression and bipolar spectrum disorders, survivors of trauma (including medical and religious traumas), women’s health concerns, psychosis, and living in this society as an individual of a group that has been marginalized.
30 minute sessions - $110
55 minute sessions - $225

As with individual therapy, Psychological Assessments will look slightly different for each individual, meeting their specific needs. Common features of all evaluations are an initial intake, review of previous medical and/or school records, collateral interview with someone who is close to the individual, completion of self-report questionnaires, 1-3 testing sessions, and a thorough review of the results. At this time, I am only able to complete assessments with individuals aged 18+. I am able to evaluate for ADHD, Autism in adults, learning and intellectual disorders, memory and executive functioning deficits, early stages of Dementia, baseline cognitive evaluations, and cognitive assessments related to medical conditions.
$280 per hour (includes face-to-face time, time reviewing records, testing administration and scoring, report writing, and feedback)

While undergoing the process of aligning your body with your gender identity, you may be asked by medical professionals to get a letter from a mental health professional before proceeding with certain surgeries. These services are typically completed within 1-2 hours, and I follow the current WPATH Standards for these letters.
$215 per hour
